Ingredients

  • 9.25 oz Doritos or one bag (any flavor you love!)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the chicken into strips, about ¾-inch thick.
  • Crush the Doritos until you have about 1½ cups of crumbs. You can use a food processor or crush them in a sealed bag with a rolling pin.
  • Whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl.
  • Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, then coat it fully with the crushed Doritos. Press the chips onto the chicken to make sure they stick well.
