Ingredients
Seasoning Mix
1tsp paprika
¼tsp smoked paprika
½tsp garlic powder
½tsp onion powder
¾tsp salt (fine table salt recommended)
1 ½ tspbrown sugar
1 tspcornstarch
Chicken
2 tspavocado oil
1Ib boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Slice the ChickenCut each chicken breast into thin, flat pieces (not bite-sized). Aim for 3–4 thin pieces per breast for even cooking. Pat dry if needed.
Season the ChickenMix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle over the chicken, then add oil and toss to coat evenly.
Air Fry the ChickenPreheat the air fryer to 415°F (210°C).Arrange chicken in a single layer, leaving space for air circulation.Air fry for 10 minutes (or 13 minutes for thicker pieces).Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving.
