Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 ¼ tsp teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 tsp teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ tsp teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ Ib boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat & Prep – Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Mix the Magic – In a large resealable bag, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, sugar, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne, and salt. Pour in the olive oil and give it a good shake to create a flavorful paste.
